Parents Information – How to Order
If your child is starting school for the first time in September, we are here to help you with purchasing your uniform in the most stress free way!
We always fit your child in bigger sizes, so that it will last them the year. So if your child is currently wearing a size 3/4 then we would fit them in size 5/6.
Our supplier has relabelled certain items, so the Cardigans & Sweatshirts 4/5 24″ were previously 3/4 24″ but are still the same size.
When ordering Jogging Bottoms, we advise to always go down a size as they come up very generous.
We also advise parents not to leave getting their uniform past the second week of August as we cannot guarantee stock past this date. If orders are placed in the last week of August and we are out of stock, then our next delivery of stock arrives end of September. Please order in plenty of time.
You are always welcome to call us, if you are unsure of what size or what to purchase, we are here to help. We want to help you make the transition to their new school as easy as possible.
What happens once you place your order online:
You will receive an automatic response saying that your order has been sent to us.
Once we have picked and packed your order, you will then receive a email from us saying that is ready. Please check your spam file.
Orders are processed within 24 working hours, but during busy periods orders can take up to 72 working hours to process, but please do not worry, as all orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
Please check your spam/junk file, as our emails might have been sent there. Also please always check your emails before you chase your order, as we do email everyone that has ordered online.
During busy periods – July through to September, orders/exchanges make take up to 48/72 working hours. Phone lines are off from August Bank Holiday until 2nd week of September as this allows us to process orders much quicker.
During Summer Season: If for any reason we are out of stock of any item, we will send them to you Free of Charge, so you will only have pay one delivery charge.
We do not take orders over the phone, as we have to make sure all information is correct and the best way to do this is via the website.
We also ask you not to just turn up, as we can not process orders/returns/exchanges – we require prior contact to organise this. Exchanges are processed in 24/48 hours.
Please make sure that you are ordering for the correct school. All our pages have the school’s address listed, so please check that you are ordering for the correct school. If you have ordered for the wrong school, then there is a 25% cancellation/re-stocking charge – which will be deducted at time of refund.
May we also ask you to be patient with us, we will not accept rude or abusive behaviour from anyone, and if we feel that this has occurred to any member of our staff, then we have the right to refuse service.
We can not accept any orders through Facebook, or “saving” any items, as it is a first come first served basis. Therefore payment must be received at time of order.
We strongly advise ordering before the second week of August as we cannot guarantee stock levels after this time.
